Optimal location, close enough to the beach, bars and the pier, but the area was a bit old. Cool enough deluxe room was absolutely spotless. Thanks to customer-oriented staff the entire hotel was spotless.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Had pleasant overnight stay overall, lovely little place and the weather was very warm. Meals were outstanding, I tried toast, bread, cereal, hot waffles and hardboiled eggs...

Yoghourt, cheese, hot waffles, bread and eggs were good and overall there was plenty of food. Early check-in and the staff was mostly pleasant. Residential location, within walking distance of bournemouth beach. The beach nearby was secluded and the view was fancy.

Staff was friendly bilingual, pool area was very clean, and breakfast was above average. Loved the double room and the way it was setup. Cheerful hotel in Bournemouth, really handy location right next to upside down house.
